Mercedes Sprinter Roof Racks, Roof Bars, Pipe Tubes & Accessories

Utilising the most traditional form of fitting a roof rack to a van, the Mercedes Sprinter MK1 has gutters running down the roof seams of the van. The Rhino Mega Bars and Rhino Delta bars, both use a clamping system where the foot of the roof rack sit into these gutters and has a rubberised metal clamp, fixing the rack securely down.
Available are 2, 3 and 4 bar roof racks depending on the wheel base of the van. Also available are rear rollers, load stops and ladder clamps to assist with easy loading and unloading of items on to the roof.
Available from roof-rack are the traditional 40x40mm "MEGA BARS" and the new Rhino "DELTA BARS" that have a profiled front edge to reduce wind noise and increase fuel efficiency of your Mercedes Sprinter at all times when using the roof rack. |

The Sprinter MK2 is built around the same body shell as the new shape Crafter van and in most cases, uses a fix point system in the roof of the van. These points are normally covered over with plastic bungs that need to be broken out of the roof, revealing holes down running down the length of the roof. The Rhino roof racks then bolt down through these holes and are supported from the inside of the van.
Occasionally, the van is equipped with a preparation kit which consists of 2 rails fixed to the roof running lengthways, and the legs of the racks will slot into these and then bolt down. The Rhino roof racks that we supply come with both sets of fixings to accommodate whichever system your van has. |

All the Rhino Modular roof racks come complete with a full width rear roller built in and also an anti-noise wind deflector built into the front end of the rack - this also helps with reducing fuel consumption on the van.
Rhino Modular roof racks are available for all makes of Sprinter .Vans. The modular racks all come with a complete fitting kit designed especially for the make of van and will fit into the vehicle manufacturers fitting points on the roof or in the case of the older style Sprinter, attach to the gutters on the roof of the van. |

This modern design pipe tube carrier is manufactured from light but strong aluminum tubing, combined with tough aerodynamically designed glass filled plastic end cones, to ensure minimal wind drag and maximum style.
Sold in 3M lengths, the practical size enables plumbers / heating engineers to safely transport over 50 x 15mm copper tubes as well as plastic tubing / trunking for the electrical and general building trades.
The new model design and manufactured on the recommendations of Autorack.co.uk - includes improved anti theft locks, and a unique steel bulkhead, increasing the overall strength and security of the pipe tube.
The Pipe Tube attaches to your using bolts slotted into a "T-Track" system in the tube. The bolts are then positioned around the roof bars and attached using a universal fitting kit (supplied). This type of fixings enable the pipe tube to be fitted to almost all different styles of roof racks.
There is no drilling required to fit any Rhino Rack products to your Sprinter Van.
