Heavy Duty Roof Bars For Nissan Primaster Vans
The Nissan Primaster is a medium-sized light commercial vehicle originally launched in 2001, and is available in panel van, minibus, combined bus/van and platform-cab configurations. Two wheelbases and two roof heights are available, as well as three diesel engines and a petrol engine.

All Nissan Primaster vans have welded plates on the roof. Clips are then placed under these plates and the roof racks fixing bolt down into these. On a 3 bar system, tie-bars are included to join the front bar to the second - This helps with the strength of the roof rack under heavy braking conditions. With a 3 bar system, we also include an anti-noise aero foil as standard which also helps with the fuel consumption of the van.
The picture above shows theNissan Primaster roof rack with load stops on the end of every bar - these are used to tie loads down on to the roof rack. A roller has also been fitted to the rack which makes it easier to load the roof rack and also protects the rear doors from dents and scratches when loading the roof rack.

The Nissan Kubistar van has fixpoints in the roof. These consist of 6 threaded holes drilled into the roof and the roof rack bolts down into those. The types of roof rack available for theNissan Kubistar include a 2 bar roof rack which uses the front and rear mounting points, and a 3 bar roof rack (pictured left) with has 2 side rails that are 2M long and then have 3, 126cm bars with welded end loops for strapping down loads that then sit onto the rails. This gives you a secure platform for transporting awkward loads and 8x4" sheets.
