With the introduction of Rhino's new Delta Bar roof rack system, Roof-rack.co.uk and its subsidiaries has obtained exclusive rights to be the sole supplier of the MEGA BAR SYSTEM.
These roof racks are supplied with traditional 30x40mm bars for smaller vans and 40x40mm square bars for larger vehicles.

The roof bars don't just look tough - they are tough! Built from 2.2mm zinc plated steel for years of dependable use. The fitting kit for these roof racks are black powder coated and match the modern design of most commercial vehicles.

Accessories available for these roof racks include Rear Rollers, which aid in loading and unloading of objects on the roof of your van. They also help to protect the top of your vans doors by stopping you scratching them when you load the roof rack. Load stops are another great accessory that we offer, these come in 6" or 9" and can be seen attached to the roof rack in the image above. The load stops have a welded end loop fixed to them to tie through. The load stops are fixed with an adjustable wing-nut so you can slide them to exactly where you need them, tighten them off and then have a secure and stable upright to tie round. We also supply accessories such as anti noise aero foils that help also help with the overall fuel economy of your vehicle when using a roof rack. The All New Delta Bar system.
The new Rhino Delta Bar Roof Rack has all the merits of an aerodynamic aluminum profile, while retaining the 'value for money' principles of a steel roof bar. In fact, you have to look pretty hard to recognise it isn't aluminum!

The new delta bar roof rack has been complimented with associated accessories such as the new load stops, (pictured on the right) which are manufactured from composite materials and steel offering both strength and contemporary styling.

Also available are the traditional rear rollers, ladder clamps and more.

The main advantage of the Rhino Delta Bar is it's shape. It has a unique rounded front edge to it which is ideal minimizing wind noise and drag - which in turn helps with your fuel consumption. TRADITIONAL RHINO SQUARE ROOFBARS

Roof Bars for small vans.
For small size vans which utilise a 126cm length bar, we specify a 40x30mm bar with a welded end loop. This bar width combined with the welded end loop, are designed to accommodate 8'x4' boards/sheets as the board will site between the end loops.

Rhino 3 Bar OCE roof rack - on Berlingo van

Over Cab 3 Bar Roof Racks
For small van models which regularly transport 8'x4' boards and/or long ladders, we recommend the Autorack-Rhino 3 bar 'OCE' systems. Three cross bars are positioned on longitudinal bars at 90°, to allow for an extended deck base.

Medium/Large Panel Van Roof Bars
For larger vans which utilise either a 150cm, 165cm or a 190cm length bar, we specify the 40x40mm "MEGA BARS" for the ultimate in sectional strength. Some makes and models of van are suitable for an extended roof rack. These racks are built with cross bars and side bars made from stainless steel 30x50 box section. They are designed to carry 8x4 sheets as well as ladders etc, and are fitted with a full stainless steel rear roller as standard. Adjustable ladder stops are also supplied with this rack.

Extended Roof Racks for small Vans
Some makes and models of van are suitable for an extended roof rack. These racks are built with cross bars and side bars made from stainless steel 30x50 box section. They are designed to carry 8x4 sheets as well as ladders etc, and are fitted with a full stainless steel rear roller as standard. Adjustable ladder stops are also supplied with this rack.

Rear Door Ladders.
Rear door ladders are made from galvanised steel and then polyester coated in black for maximum corrosion resistance. They have aluminium anti-slip tread plate and rungs and are designed to fit to the offside rear door of most vans. Also available with lockable anti-climb covers (please call for details)
