Heavy Duty Roof Bars Vauxhall Astra Vans
The astra model that we supply Rhino roof bars to are for the gutter fit bars. These are underneath 2 plastic strips that run the length of the van and have 6 access points where the covers can be pressed down and slid sideways to reveal the vehicles gutter.

The bars then clamp onto these points and are tightened using rubberised metal gutter clamps. This is one of the more traditional types of fixings used to attach roof racks to vans.

The bars are supplied with welded endloops to give you something to tie loads down to when using the roof rack.

The Vauxhall Astra can accommodate a 3 bar roof rack with has 2 side rails that are 2M long and then have 5, 126cm bars with welded end loops for strapping down loads that then sit onto the rails. This gives you a secure platform for transporting awkward loads and 8x4" sheets.

These types of racks are ideal for smaller vans that only have 2 fixing points on the roof - This type of system maximizes the loading area on all small roof vans.

This modern design pipe tube carrier is manufactured from light but strong aluminium tubing, combined with tough aerodynamically designed glass filled plastic end cones, to ensure minimal wind drag and maximum style.

Sold in 3M lengths, the practical size enables plumbers / heating engineers to safely transport over 50 x 15mm copper tubes as well as plastic tubing / trunking for the electrical and general building trades.

The new model design and manufactured on the recommendations of Autorack.co.uk - includes improved anti theft locks, and a unique steel bulkhead, increasing the overall strength and security of the pipe tube.

The Pipe Tube attaches to your roof rack using bolts slotted into a "T-Track" system in the tube. The bolts are then positioned around the roof bars and attached using a universal fitting kit (supplied). This type of fixings enable the pipe tube to be fitted to almost all different styles of roof racks.

There is no drilling required to fit any Rhino Rack products to your Citroen Van.
