 The versatility of the Volkswagen Transporter panel van is virtually unbeatable. After all, it’s been designed to be flexible enough to handle a wide variety of tasks, with a large number of models available for almost every specialist load. Depending on your requirements, The Transporter can be supplied as a short wheelbase with a low or medium roof, or as a long wheelbase with a low, medium or high roof.
Most of the Volkswagen Transporter T5 vans come with factory fitted, pre-drilled holes in the roof and the roof racks that we supply will bolt down straight into these. In some cases, the van will have been fitted with a "preparation" kit or T-track fixings. These are 2 rails that are fixed down  the length of the vehicle. If you have this system fitted, the roof rack will slide in to this track and then bolt down into it. In most cases, both the roof fitting kits will be supplied with the roofbars but if you have any other questions then please call us and we can talk you through the options.
For all of the roof racks that we supply for the volkswagen Transporter T5, there are a full range of accessories available. These accessories include full width rear rollers, ladder clamps, rear door ladders, load stops and also a full range of internal van racking to suit both the SWB and the LWB van.
 The Volkswagen Caddy van has fixpoints in the roof. These consist of 6 threaded holes drilled into the roof and the roof rack bolts down into those. The types of roof rack available for the Kango include a 2 bar roof rack which uses the front and rear mounting points, and a 3 bar roof rack (pictured left) with has 2 side rails that are 2M long and then have 3, 126cm bars with welded end loops for strapping down loads that then sit onto the rails. This gives you a secure platform for transporting awkward loads and 8x4" sheets.
 The modular racks are black powder coated to give a modern look to your van and are extremely durable for years of dependable use - even under the toughest of jobs. All the Rhino Modular roof racks come complete with a full width rear roller built in and also an anti-noise wind deflector built into the front end of the rack - this also helps with reducing fuel consumption on the van.
